At The Cliff Hotel in Negril, Jamaica, the art is not a detail — it is part of the experience. Acclaimed artist Benjamin Garcia has created original works that hang in every room, suite, and villa on our property, making The Cliff one of the few luxury hotels in the Caribbean where authentic, named-artist original artwork is woven into every guest's stay.
Most hotels hang prints. We hang originals. Each piece in the Benjamin Garcia collection was created specifically for The Cliff Hotel, reflecting the colors, rhythms, and spirit of Jamaica's West End. From the warm light of the cliffs at sunset to the deep blues of the Caribbean below, Garcia's work transforms each room into a living gallery — one you wake up to, unwind in, and carry with you long after you leave. Whether you are staying in one of our cliffside rooms, a private suite, or a villa overlooking the sea, you will find a Garcia original waiting for you. No reproductions. No rotating exhibitions. Every piece is permanent, intentional, and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
The Cliff Hotel is a proud member of the Virtuoso network — a global alliance of the world's finest luxury travel hotels, resorts, and experiences. Virtuoso membership is by invitation only, extended to properties that consistently deliver exceptional quality, service, and guest experience.
The Benjamin Garcia collection is one expression of that commitment. We believe that the spaces where guests rest, reflect, and reconnect deserve the same intentionality as any other element of a world-class stay. Art, for us, is not an amenity. It is an argument for what travel at its best can be.
